CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that appointments may need to be rescheduled. We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least a 24 hour notice. If it is less than 24 hours, we will require 50% payment for the missed service. *No shows will be charged 100% of services booked. Note - Same day bookings fall under 24hr cancellation; if it’s cancelled same day there will be a charge of 50% of booked services. Please note: Service fees are not refundable under any circumstances Rescheduling Policy I understand things come up! I just ask for respect of my time and other clients time. After 3 consecutive reschedules, your service will be cancelled and a deposit required going forward.
